Getting a tattoo please help me out really quick! alot of answers will help!?

So, am 15 right now. and some of you think i'm young to get a tattoo but meh. I have loved tribal tats since i was like 6. am really into the dragon kinda tribal. I just dont know where to put them. I think the wrist would be good or on like behind ur hand/top of wrist. SO if anyone knows what would be a good tribal tattoo please post a linkk.
