I create a mix of pure cocoa butter, vitamin e oil, skin firming lotion, and extra virgin olive oil. I apply the mixture twice a day. I also use a derma roller at least once a week, and massage the area daily in the shower with a mixture of coffee grounds and extra virgin olive oil. My stretch marks have improved dramatically. Black is something that is hard to cover up, and if it's big, it'll be even more difficult. You might even have to do some laser removal surgery to get it light enough to put something else over it. But really, see with a few artists on what they could suggest to put over it or if you should try to remove a little bit of the color, so you can have more options as to what you truly want to put there.
